#1 worst McDonald's ever..... all the employees are either rude or don't understand basic English.... especially the Manager, Alexandria, her mind only understands taking orders when asking how to get my McDonald's rewards, she replied "yes, pay $20.32" and annoyed me to continue to use next cashier to take the next customer order.... extremely rude & she doesn't even know how to fix it and need to ask another employee for assistance.....Not recommended to go to this McDonald's

You know what you are coming for if you come here. what makes this place stand out is that they are very efficient and operate during lunch traffic/rush with ease. I've seen them take so many orders in and am amazed at how no one complained about missing food. they also do not skimp out on the french fries, which is a major plus. Some other locations don't fill it up completely.

It made him GAG he said it made him feel sick. So I went downstairs the Soda was full and this horrible, unsympathetic Hispanic Manager said she drunk some Sprite and it's okay. I then asked for a lemonade. She refused to provide lemonade. My last and only resort was to demand my money back. I made purchase with a debit card and she told me that my money has to go back on card. I demanded my refund in cash and she tried to humilate me and my son and then gave me my 1.82 cents. after waiting for 20 minutes and her walking way. Whoever the owner is of this store. Manager needs to be trained that customer's can get a cash refund if paying by debit and to treat customer's with respect and dont assume everyone does not know Spanish. Which I understood. You said I bought a 6 dollar deal and I was crazy. My kid will not get sick for no one.

I ordered a large fries, and the container was barely filled for a small size with stale fries. Rip off. The atmosphere was so unpleasant I didn't even want to go back and complain.
