This McDonald’s is one of the best one I visit in NYC. The space is big and clean. They have two floors and also bathroom service. The employees were very nice to me and my kids. Alberto took my order and he was very kind and patient with me. Ana provided my food and help me with the sauces because I didn’t know which one to pick for my kids. And I also got the donuts that are great. Love the service here. Thank you guys 😘😘

Came to this McD to get some dinner. Ordered the happy meal for my daughter. I got the 40-piece nuggets and 2-large fries deal for $17.99. I used the Kiosk to put in my order. Was very easy and convenient. Within five minutes my order number was called. That was a fast service. All the items and sauces were correctly packed.I took a walk around the store. It was clean for most part. Second floor has a huge sitting area. That place was little under maintained.The nuggets and fries were fine. Had the usual McD quality and taste. Happy meal had a fun basketball hoop toy. Overall I was happy with this McD’s service and food.

You can order via mobile app, at kiosks or the front counter. There is one bathroom downstairs and two upstairs. There is no elevator to the upper level so you won't be able to reach it with a wheelchair or a stroller (unless you are able to maneuver it with assistance).

I actually watched them bag it up and then it sat behind the counter for about 10 minutes while they served food to those who ordered after us. I eventually had to point and ask if that order was mine, which it was, and received it finally.Our burgers were pink in the middle. The staff did remake them for us, had to wait another 5 minutes for this which is understandable. I commented that our fries would become cold, so they gave me 1 portions of fries, rather than replacing both.Not sure if this was a fluke experience, however next time I would visit the McDonald’s round the corner instead.
