The Unhapp Meal:SCAMMERS!!!!I was charged extra for two adult happy meals only to receive NO HAPPY MEALS. There were no boxes or toys in our pick up order. If you are charging extra and not providing what people order YOU ARE SCAMMERS!!!!If you run out of inventory then it is your duty to put that information on the website. This way over priced meal was the only reason for the order and we were screwed out of $44.Never again! You lost a loyal customer (influencer)!Shame on you #Scammers ! I lost all my trust in you. You ruined my childhood image of a place like McDonald's being the one place I could go to if I was sad to make me happy!

Came to this location today and ordered with the mobile app and part at spot number four. My payment was received, and I was notified on the app that my food would take 2-5 minutes. 18 minutes a worker came to my car with another person's order. She caught that immediately. I was told to "hang on." If I Did not have my grandson (baby) with me I would have got out and waited in the lobby with put too much worry. But it was raining. He was also very hungry and fussy and crying. So After 18 minutes had passed, I drove to the drive through and explained that. I haven't waiting a long time without any communication about my order. I also explained my concern as the app was telling me to enjoy my food as if I had already picked it up so obviously they cleared the order so it shows their delivery time is better than what it really is. I was told "i'm sorry I was really busy." Of course, I understand. However, I paid for this order 20 minutes prior to me speaking to someone at the speaker in the drive-through. I was told that the order was just prepared and it would be hot. I pulled forward to the window. The food was fresh as promised. However, I was not provided the happy meal I ordered and paid for. I also was not provided the sauces for the mcnuggets that I ordered. So there I have to wait even longer for them to prepare the happy meal that was clearly on the receipt and the sticker that was on the bag. When I asked for my 3 spaces that were also on the sticker and receipt, I had to literally explain that I ordered 3 just to get 3 sauces. At this point I became very irritated and stated "you know, After waiting 30 minutes and the order was missing an enter meal, you would think that it wouldn't be a problem to throw in a couple extra sauces". At that time, the worker shut the window on me, and as I continued to speak. I was hoping that she would turn around. So I can address this poor customer service. She would not look at me, and I left. Because I had a hungry baby in the car. And I had hungry older children at the house.This was my final straw with poor customer service. There's no reason for me to put my money to support a corporation. That doesn't value the customer.I was just satisfied with the big mac's as well. pictures below. I'm just curious how if this is how they are always made, because it doesn't look like the photo on the menu.

Food is decent for the price, everyone knows what mcdonalds is about, but this is like the 3rd time they dont give me any sauce, completely ruining the meal. No one wants dry nuggets. And on top of that they have you park to meet metric they could at least take that extra time they give themselves to add a damn hot mustard dipping sauce.

One of the worst locations to go to at night time, I placed a mobile order and they stated their system reset and could not make my order and this was around 3:25am. They’ve had one too many excuses, I had went to their location not once but several times around 10pm and they would tell me we’re not taking card or Apple Pay and only cash and that the card readers are down. I went to another location and was told if they keep asking for cash instead of using card or Apple Pay they are being lazy and don’t want to fulfill the order and that we should report them and that asking for cash they know people don’t carry cash nowadays and that they will leave.i just also placed a mobile order and same thing happen where they won’t fulfill my order because system is down now I have to request a refund.
