Stopped by to rest and stretch on our road trip. The store looks new, the seating area is big and fairly clean, washroom also being taken good care, caring and friendly staffs.We’re here after Valentine's day but there was still Valentine decor on the wall and ceiling. Want to give them extra points for put into work and dedication to the place.

This is the worst McDonald's in Columbus. The service is subpar and the Quarter pounder cheese was undercooked. The staff is unfriendly we waited over 5 minutes for our meal just for the burger to be RAW! I asked for pur money back and the black manager asked for the drink and the cold fries that were replaced back. Gladly returned the items and she had to ask how did we pay for it...just stupidity.

I will NEVER go here again!! Placed curbside at 10:12. After checking in and sitting for 35 plus minutes I called for them to tell me they don't go outside for safety reasons after 10 pm. As soon as I hung up I watched 4 people walk inside to an unlocked door! What happened to safety?? I was told to go in the drive thru that didn't move the entire time I sat there! Sat I. The drive thru another 40 plus minutes and only 2 cars moved. Called and talked to customer service and no response! These people don't care about their customers at all

Had to wait 10 min to get to cashier because the person in front of me order was messed up too. Watched 6 people behind me leave the line and go across the street to Wendy's. The guy at the window had his ass hanging out of his pants, could not work the register, no one to ask for help. When I brought this up to some guy Manager I was told to have a nice day and move on. This store is a good example of " it doesn't get any worse than this" !!!
