Always a terrible experience when trying to order food here, the service is very rude and they have no respect or care for their customers or they food that they’re serving. It’s disgusting they still let this establishment run their business here like this.

Had an order messed up awhile back at this location... It was the #7 combo meal because I was gonna split the meal with my son. I got home and noticed that my fries was ice cold and the medium carton of fries were half filled. The two cheeseburgers were completely flat like paper and the bottom buns were charred black. I had to throw it all away because it wasn't edible. I filed a complaint on their website and they sent me a coupon in the mail for a free combo meal. Then like a week later I went back which was a couple of days ago and ordered a number one with no pickles and a 5 dollar mc chicken meal and tried to redeem my coupon after I explained what happened to the lady at the drive through window. I handed her my coupon and she denied it because it was the wrong location supposedly. I told her that was given to me when I filed a complaint at this location on their website. She went and got her manager and she said the same thing so I just said w/e and I paid for it an kept it movin. I got home and noticed that my mc chicken was missing and my fries were yet again half filled and luke warm. I had enough so I just threw everything back in the bag and I went back up there. I walked in the lobby holding my old ass food and two drinks for like 10 minutes before I got tired of people ignoring me. I went up to the counter and placed my food there, and the young girl asked me if I've been helped yet after ignoring me multiple times. I told her I'm going to need a manager and she pointed to her left and said there go one right there and walked away. I explained everything to her and she wanted to argue with me about the coupon and I told her I'm not arguing and I just want my money back.**I will not be going back to this place.... It's every time I come to this place. People have hair down to their waist with no hair nets. I don't see people wearing gloves, and I don't think they ever change the oil for their fryers because my fries look dark brown. It's the worst experience I could possibly have, ever. Oh and I can't forget about the iced coffee there. It tastes like watered down cream, straight up butt. Just avoid this location entirely if you can.

I usually run into an issue here.. whether its they forgot to give me something or my daughter has a hair in her big mac, and the ground beef looked like it went through hell before getting on the bun, its the main one close to me, but if they keep this up im driving to another location. I placed a mobile order. I gave my code to the girl working the drivethru. When I pulled up to the window to get my food, they had no idea what was going on. They tried to give me someone else's order. I had to tell them my order several times. They had me pull up. And when they did give "my order", it wasn't my order. It had one correct item. The rest was wrong. It was awful.
