09/01/2024 - First time visiting this McDonald’s with family and friends. Also it was the first time I have seen a dog inside a fast food restaurant. Sadly, they were out of the collector’s cup. We had breakfast in the dining area. I order a few big breakfasts, a few sandwiches, juices, and a coffee. Service was prompt and professional. Thank you. They have the self order kiosks. Busy drive thru. Parking out front of the restaurant walking distance to the restaurant.

I had one of the worst experiences at McDonald’s today. The cashier was extremely rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. They sighed loudly when I asked questions about the menu and barely made eye contact. When I asked to speak to the manager, it got even worse. The manager was dismissive and condescending, making it clear they didn’t care about my concerns. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’d give zero star if I could.
