Can’t rate the food since every time I show up in the morning you sit there forever while their employees twiddle their thumbs or whatever they’re doing (easy money I guess) I end up pulling off and going to literally any other McDonald’s

Coffee should be simple to order, please dont think Im being nasty just being honest when someone orders coffee and they want cream or sugar with that and it is not delivered like the order states its like ordering a coke and recieving water. Come on gang we can do better have a great night

So sad to be writing this review because the morning staff is wonderful. But any other time of the day? Rude and incompetent. They're unable to make any modifications from the standard, they're slow, and they act completely unprofessional, screwing around and yelling at each other. Tried ordering from the drive through before, cheeseburger no pickles no onion, and they get it wrong every time. Figured we'd try one more time going in and ordering on the kiosk so there's no mishearing or misunderstanding. But apparently the kitchen staff just don't care. Every time we go there's multiple problems. We just won't go to this location anymore.

I’ve had it with this place. The evening shift is the problem. The employees always have an attitude and are so rude. They constantly give out the wrong food. Something needs to change cause I’m never coming back here. I ordered a Big Mac & medium fry, they told me to pull up to the third window just to give me the wrong size fries. So then I had to go all the way back through the line again, asked nicely if they could remake my now cold Big Mac and they were so petty and rude about it! When it’s their fault they can’t get a simple order correct. They told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich and I needed to come inside to get a refund instead of just remaking the food. Horrible customer service and LAZY workers.

They were doing good for a while in tbe evening thru till morning but they must of lost good people again but that at all McDonald's. Maybe the should look into why there retention rate is im assuming low everywhere and start fixing that instead of remodeling a building and keeping the same scrappy slow service and fix those ice cream machines 🤔
