The vibes are relaxed and informal, attracting a diverse crowd of people who appreciate good food without the fuss. While a few customer experiences have been mixed regarding the service, the food itself consistently receives high praise for its taste and incredible value, proving that a truly great late-night spot is worth its weight in gold—or in this case, a $12 bowl of pasta.

The menu at Midnight Spaghetti is intentionally concise, with each dish being a star in its own right. When you visit, you'll be faced with a delightful choice of four classic pasta dishes, all priced at just $12. The Cacio E Pepe is a must-try for any pasta purist. It is a deceptively simple dish that relies on perfect execution, with tagliarini pasta, aged pecorino, and cracked black pepper creating a creamy, peppery, and incredibly satisfying sauce. A customer review explicitly called it a "highlight," and it's easy to see why. For a heartier meal, the Bolognese Rigatoni is an excellent choice. This dish features a rich, flavorful sauce made with beef and veal, served over perfectly cooked rigatoni, offering a classic and comforting experience.
If you're looking for something with a bit of a twist, the Pistacchio Pesto is a unique and delicious option. It provides a rich, nutty flavor that sets it apart from traditional pesto dishes. The Penne Rosa, with its roasted tomato, calabrian chili, and cream sauce, is a fantastic choice for those who enjoy a creamy, slightly spicy dish. To complement your meal, the drink menu is just as straightforward and appealing. At just $10, you can choose from classic cocktails like a Margarita or Espresso Martini, or select from a variety of wines including White Wine, Red Wine, or even Orange Wine. The $6 beers are a great deal as well.
What makes Midnight Spaghetti truly worth choosing is the combination of its delicious food, incredible value, and unique concept. It fills a crucial niche in the West Village, providing a high-quality, non-pizza option for late-night food. The friendly service from most of the staff adds to the positive experience. As one customer noted, the food is "delicious" and "hit the spot for a late night pasta craving." It's a place that understands its audience and delivers exactly what they need: quick, comforting, and tasty food that is perfect for ending a night out with friends or just satisfying a craving. Midnight Spaghetti is more than a restaurant; it's a part of the vibrant fabric of New York's late-night food scene.

Midnight Spaghetti Reviews
pasta
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1mixed bag experience: we love midnight spaghetti and decided to bring our friends this time around. the host was incredibly sweet letting us order and wait out back for our takeout since the main restaurant was still open and packed, but this blonde (managerial?) white lady was incredibly rude and adamant on not letting us wait outside for our food WITHOUT explanation. All the tables outside were empty so it didn’t seem like a problem to wait 10-15 min for our food and not have to take up an indoor table for other guests. Our food was handed to us with no regard even after we thanked them. We were not being rude or rowdy, so it was disappointing to have one lady ruin it.
