- Milu Chili Crisp US$14.00
Our chili crisp is nutty, crunchy, spicy, & savory. Gluten Free & Vegan. In addition to a variety of unique chili flakes, such as the traditional Sichuan chili flake and the more unusual cobanero chili, we used a lot of spices, such as cumin, coriander, and cardamom.
- General Chao's Nuts
Gluten Free. Originally inspired by the street vendors of New York and the Chinese Huangfeihong peanuts, these sweet and spicy nuts have the heat of Sichuan added to the them in the form of Sichuan peppercorns and Tiensin chilies. Don’t be afraid to eat the whole chilies, they are quite edible and very delicious. Plus there’s the added adventure, one in about every 10 chilies is quite fiery, so be careful!
- Su Chili Crisp US$14.00
It's complex, tingly, and aromatic with a clean finish and a brilliant red color. This is an essential ingredient for classic Sichuan dishes like Ma Po Tofu and Red Oil Wontons. You'll be surprised at how well it works as a finishing oil for almost anything. Stir well before using to get plenty of crispy sediment.
- Traditional Firewood Soy Sauce US$14.00
The Traditional Firewood Soy Sauce is an all-purpose soy sauce prepared in the traditions of China and Japan, which are made with a blend of soybeans and wheat. This soy sauce also contains mirin and licorice for a warm and anise-like flavor, a perfect complement to Chinese 5 spice.
- Pineapple Soy Sauce US$20.00
Taiwan Pineapple Soy Sauce is fermented with black soybeans and locally grown pineapple, renowned for its sweetness and rich flavor. Fresh pineapple is mixed with black soybeans and salt, and left to ferment together for 180 days in earthenware pots. The result is a soy sauce that’s lighter in color, briny, bright and slightly herbaceous. The brew takes on a hint of the golden color of the pineapple and is brothy in consistency.
- Amber River Soy Sauce US$22.50
The Amber River Soy Sauce by Yu Ding Xing is exemplary of the best Taiwanese soy sauces. The black beans are sourced locally, steamed in bamboo baskets, cultured with koji, and fermented with salt in earthenware pots. After 450 days, the soy sauce is heated over a wood fire, which halts the fermentation process.
- Cold Pressed White Sesame Oil US$15.00
This white sesame oil is cold-pressed in the old-fashioned way, thick with aroma and warmth. Toasty, fresh and well balanced. Use it for salad dressings, finishing stir fries, or use as a dip. Absolutely versatile, but avoid high heat.
- Milu Tote Bag US$20.00

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My new favorite spot in Hudson eats. The chili crispy chicken is amazing. So much flavor and it’s just so tasty. It’s a great alternative to all the taco/middle eastern/salad spots. I had the dumplings as well and they were surprised. Def need to try more of their menu but the crispy chicken js so damn good it’s hard not to get it.
July 12 · Jonathan BatistaStrictly reviewing based on my personal experience. I felt bloated after eating their chili crisp chicken bowl. Taste was good and chicken has great texture. It could be something isolated to just me.
March 12 · chaithraThe service was fast. I went here for lunch and got my meal in 10-15 mins. The bowl seems very healthy. But the flavours are very under par. I got the Sichuan spiced cauliflower.
March 05 · abkMe and my four kids felt terrible after eating their chili crisp chicken bowl. The bowl looked healthy but taste was a mixture of all kinds of experimental ingredients (sea weeds+tofu that is not yummy at all+salty chicken+green beans????). As an Asian, I love Korean sea weed soup, eat tofu three times a week. But it was hard to finish the bowl called “Chinese food”.
August 14 · Sunny KimTried mandarin duck. It supposed to be crispy. It wasn’t crispy at all. There was a gigantic amount of duck fat and not so much duck meat. The fat/duck was also coldInside, wasn’t warmed up properly. Also not ideal proportion of veggies, rice, meat: there was too much rice compared to other ingredients in the bowl
