★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1One of the best omakase experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our server, Talia, was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable—especially when it came to sake. Her recommendations were spot on and really elevated the meal. Chef Leo was warm and welcoming, taking the time to thoughtfully explain each dish, which added a personal touch that we really appreciated. The appetizers were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The nigiri selection for the night was outstanding, featuring a variety of creamy textures and incredibly fresh, well-prepared fish. Every bite was a delight. This place is truly a gem—we’ll definitely be back!
April 22 · Karen SuenMe and my bf went here and it’s a very nice, pleasant experience. The Chef Leo is very knowledgeable and kind. He chatted with us and shared his chef experience, very inspiring and cool. The waitress is kind too. We would recommend anyone to come here to try. Will come back again!
February 17 · Viola YangWe had so much fun dining here tonight! Thank you Chef Nuvo & everyone for a delightful countertop experience. It definitely became one of my favorite omakase restaurants. I look forward to visiting soon again.
February 21 · 복복I recently dined at Omakase Shiro and while the experience was enjoyable overall, it wasn't quite to my taste. The ambiance and service were exceptional—attentive staff and a beautifully curated space. The presentation of the dishes was stunning, with clear attention to detail and artistry. As for the food, it was undeniably fresh and thoughtfully prepared, but the flavors didn’t quite resonate with me. Some dishes felt a bit underwhelming, and I found myself wishing for more balance or boldness in the flavor profiles. That said, I can see how others might appreciate the subtlety and craftsmanship more than I did. This is definitely a spot for omakase enthusiasts who value presentation and technique, but it might not suit everyone’s palate. Still, I appreciate the effort and creativity behind each dish, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s worth trying at least once to see if it aligns with your preferences!
November 13 · Iryna ShoturmaWhat an AMAZING omakase experience - if you are in New York visiting or if have doubts, I recommend coming here. There was a parking garage around the corner and we were a couple minutes early but they sat us right away. It's located upstairs above another restaurant. From when you sit down to when you leave, everyone is so attentive and so nice. Great customer service. We opted for a limited edition bottle of sake which was actually sold out but the one they recommended to replace it was actually better. The two servers were very nice and our chef was amazing as well. Each course was absolutely delicious and my favorite was definitely the waygu topped with uni. I wish I wrote down everything I had but I would most definitely be coming back. Worth it!
