I had an incredible dining experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to my server, Ian, who truly went above and beyond to make everything exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I sat down, Ian greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately set the tone for a great evening. He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right times and always anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. I ordered the Mongolian Beef, which was cooked to perfection tender strips of beef, rich with bold flavors, and beautifully complemented by the scallions and sweet soy glaze. Ian described the dish with enthusiasm and accuracy, and his recommendation made me feel confident in my choice. Throughout the meal, he was consistently professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, effortlessly balancing multiple tables while still making me feel like a top priority. He refilled my drink promptly, ensured my food came out hot and fresh, and even asked how I was enjoying everything mid-meal to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It’s rare to find servers who genuinely care about the quality of your experience the way Ian clearly does. His attention to detail, personable service, and positive energy made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location again soon largely because of the outstanding service I received from him. If you’re ever dining at this P.F. Chang’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Ian. He’s a true example of what great hospitality looks like.

We had an amazing time at this location! From the second we walked in the door, the service was amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks were outstanding. The star of the night had to be our wonderful server Ian who was very educated on the menu and had fantastic recommendations. Overall a wonderful experience and will certainly be returning. Thanks to everyone who made our night memorable.

Our server Lidia (sp?) was wonderful. We enjoyed all of our dinner selections and dessert. It was a perfect evening for the patio.

Belinda(Bella) was so kind and patient. It was our first time in and she took her time in explaining the menu offerings and her recommendations. This was a top tier experience! My daughter deals with severe food allergies and she made sure to accommodate get her a menu and make me feel secure in feeding my baby and that she will be safe eating here 10/10 would recommend and the food was phenomenal as well!!

I had an amazing dining experience at P.F. Chang’s with Lauren as my server. From the very beginning she was polite, attentive, and made sure our food and drinks came out quickly. Hard not to love that beautiful smile of hers! Will definitely come back soon to request her as my server !
