What is worth choosing about Palma is the unique combination of its stunning atmosphere and its authentic, high-quality cuisine. The visual experience is a key part of the appeal. As a customer review noted, the decor is "so pretty," making it a "photogenic spot" that's especially popular for celebrating birthdays with friends. The fact that every single flower is real, as a reviewer highlighted, shows the owner's commitment to creating a truly beautiful and immersive environment. This is a place where the setting is as much a part of the experience as the meal itself, turning a simple dinner into a memorable event.
In terms of food, the restaurant’s strengths lie in its seafood and specific pasta dishes. One reviewer, while disappointed with some of the meat dishes, was "totally blown away" by the seafood, especially the fried calamari and a salad. This suggests that the kitchen truly "shines" when it comes to preparing fresh seafood, which is a great tip for first-time visitors. The handmade pasta is another major highlight, with a reviewer calling the pasta with lobster "amazing" and the spinach ravioli "even better." The commitment to family recipes and techniques is what gives these dishes their authentic flavor and quality.
Furthermore, the overall dining experience, including the service and the feeling of being transported, is what makes it a must-visit spot. One customer described their experience as "incredible," praising the "cozy and intimate" atmosphere and the "friendly and attentive staff." The upscale yet comfortable ambiance makes it a perfect choice for those seeking a romantic date night or a sophisticated get-together. The restaurant's reputation for having a great wine list and serving excellent cocktails further complements the dining experience, allowing guests to perfectly pair their meal with a premium beverage.
While some dishes may not always hit the mark for every guest, the restaurant's overall commitment to a beautiful atmosphere, a focus on fresh ingredients, and a dedication to authentic Italian cooking makes it a top-tier choice. It is a place for those who value the full experience—the sights, the scents, and the flavors—and want to feel like they've stepped out of New York and into a little slice of Italy.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm still dreaming about my incredible dining experience at Palma! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with a warm and inviting decor that made me feel like I was in a little slice of Italy. But what really stole the show was the food - oh, the food! Every dish I tried was expertly prepared and presented, with flavors that danced on my palate. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who knew their stuff. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience in the city, look no further than Palma. I'll be back, and soon! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
June 15 · Wilfredo UlacioWe came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and honestly, this Italian restaurant didn’t exactly exceed my expectations. We ordered a lot of dishes, and I was especially looking forward to the Fried Artichoke—it’s what brought us here in the first place. But it ended up being just okay… a bit over-fried and pretty average in flavor. The duck pasta was also a letdown—too salty, and the duck didn’t taste very fresh. Then we had the lamb chops, which were under-seasoned, though the pumpkin puree underneath was surprisingly delicious. The real stars of the meal were actually the seafood dishes. The fried calamari and the salad were so good—totally blew me away. If you come here, don’t miss the seafood. That’s where they shine. One thing I really appreciated was the flowers—every single one of them is real, no fakes. You can tell the owner really puts love into this place. The floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t help but take a bunch of pictures. My friends loved the decor too—it’s such a photogenic spot, especially for girls. If your girlfriend or bestie has a birthday coming up, this place would definitely make her smile. The interior design is just stunning.
May 21 · vivi ChanleIt was a birthday celebration. The food was delicious fresh taste like Italy. The service was amazing and the servers were knowledgeable of the menu and made sure they checked in. The mushroom fettuccine and the lamb chops were delicious entrees. I also loved the appetizers. I would definitely come back. I wish I took more pics of the food but it was a such a good time. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to do a birthday dinner, good deal for 9 people. With like 3 rounds of drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert was around 1600$ including tip and gratuity for 9 people but of course this will vary on how many people you are with and what you order. Thank you all so much.
August 01 · S SLunch at Palma Was ABSOLUTELY outstanding! From the welcoming host greeting us when we came in to the flowers surrounding our table and ornate porcelain plates. Every detail makes you feel welcomed and cared for. The food is supremely fantastic with only the best locally sourced ingredients. I highly recommend the Pissaladiere, which is from the French side of the menu a savory Provencal tart and the tiramisu! Buon appetito and Bon appétit!
June 27 · Francesca VuilleminThe vibes at Palma are unmatched, get ready to get whisked away to a quant little town in Italy! This restaurant came up as having great gluten-free options when I was doing some research for a dinner with some friends. It's rare to find a restaurant that is good at gluten-free pasta but according to my GF friend, the Cacio e Pepe ravioli was amazing. The quality of the ingredients is so clear as you are eating the food and after. I went with the Paccheri all'Astice: the pasta was perfectly al dente and there was a generous amount of lobster which was also cooked to perfection. The sauce is simple yet flavorful and it's everything you could ever want in a seafood pasta. Our server Guillaume was so kind and attentive and we were really treated so well throughout the whole evening. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to all pasta lovers and especially to those with GF diets!
