Ordered a pizza at 10:15pm not realizing it would be delivered by door dash. Was supposed to arrive within 40 minutes but kept getting pushed back finally was cancelled at 11:50pm. Called and the guy was incredibly rude, said door dash had my pizza, said they were closed (website and the voice recording said open til 1am on Sunday), said he was the only one working, told me if I wanted my pizza I should come make one myself, then said he was going to get the name of the GM (which I did not ask for) from someone else because he didn’t know his GM’s name, then hung up on me. I gave benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake and tried to call back twice and no one answered. I never raised my voice or said anything rude only said that I ordered through them not door dash, that their website said they were open, and that I wanted a refund. Called door dash and found out they gave the pizza to the wrong delivery driver, the correct delivery driver was willing to wait for them to remake it, and that door dash had already refunded papa John’s so I will call papa John’s corporate number I guess.

When you want to simply have a pizza delivered after a long day, this is not the place to go. Ordered online at 5:50, expected delivery 6:24-6:34. At 6:15 we noticed the tracker hadn’t updated so we called to confirm the order went through. After four times calling, once waiting 4 minutes, no one ever answered. The tracker eventually updated and we got our pizza at 7:45, two hours after ordering.The DoorDash driver said he was there waiting for it for 15+ minutes and there were only two employees. Thankfully we’d already placed a Dominos order, because when it did finally arrive the pizza was cold (unsurprisingly), messy, and unevenly cut. The garlic sauce was also opened and spilled all over. Such a disappointment.

I placed mobile order at 10:50 and it said it was ready at 11:15. When I arrived they said it wasn’t ready and they “accidentally” clicked the button that it was ready. They said it was in oven and will be done soon. I waited until 12:05 almost an hour for a pizza that was supposedly already done. The manager was very rude and said it was oven when I arrived but it don’t take an hour in the oven. They forgot 2 sauces that come with cheese stick and pizza and my pizza was missing a topping. Avoid this location at all cost!!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and 10 wings.Wings had a dollop of sauce in the middle pizza was cheese only and gross af. messed with it. Called the store manager was horrible and rude and didn’t care my pizza was fondled. Waiting corporate now.

I don’t expect much from papa John’s and it being the worst pizza chain and disgusting fat food. If you enjoy this place you probably have diabetes. I ordered this place on DoorDash at 2 am drunk cause I never would eat this poison sober. Anyways this literally might be the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever seen and had. I took one bite out of this goop and wanted to vomit. I spit it out and the little bit I swallowed is destroying my stomach and digestive system. This place should shut down and everyone that works here should sit in a dark room and think about what they have done.
