Order from here a lot.. Usually its acceptable. But now I've got a pizza that is mostly not cooked dough sitting on top of a burnt bottom. Can't report it online where I ordered, sat on hold with the location for over 10 minutes to talk to a manager. If I can't get ahold of you that constitutes a valid credit card chargeback.

I placed my order online and got a notification that it was ready. When I arrived at the store, there were five employees inside—none of whom greeted me or acknowledged any of the other customers waiting. Instead, they were blasting NBA Youngboy on the TV, extremely loud, with vulgar language playing while I had my young daughter with me. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.I let them know I received a notification that my order was ready, and at first, they couldn’t even find it. They also helped me before other customers who had been waiting longer, which was disrespectful to them as well.Eventually, an employee told me they had to remake my pizza because he dropped the first one. I was understanding, but when I asked how long it would take, he just said, “I don’t know, but we doing it now,” in a very dismissive tone. No clear communication, no apology, no professionalism.I don’t even eat pizza—I came because my kids asked for it. But after this experience, I definitely won’t be coming back. Between the vulgar music, the lack of customer service, the sagging pants, and the overall lack of professionalism, this location needs serious attention.

The pizza box marked 6:11 time of first order. Wrong order was brought so reordered after 7. The pizza came cold andxwas marked 6:11 when the first one should gave ckme. Spencer at the store lied and said we make every order fresh. Not true. Untrustworthy store and staff

Had the absolute worst experience with how whatl can only be described as the most horrible delivery driver on earth. Totally rude...The food was mediocre at best. I will admit the call in customer service was exceptional.However, I'll never order from Papa John's again and Shaquille O'Neil should be ashamed to have his name associated with this company.

This Papa John’s has really disappointed me the last 4 times I’ve ordered here. Last night I thought I’d give them another chance and called in and ordered a medium veggie pizza with extra sauce (noted that the past two times I’ve ordered, the pizza’s barely had sauce on them). I also ordered a 2liter. The wait time was 30-35 mins. An hour went by, so I called to check on it and the system said it was delivered. I open my door and the pizza was on the step without my 2 liter. (The delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door or ring the doorbell). I then called back in to let them know they forgot my 2 liter that I had already paid for and pre tipped the delivery driver as well.. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes I called back 3 more times and the final time I blocked my number to call and they picked up. The same guy answered who placed my order I explained to him that the pizza was cold, the toppings were only on half of the pizza and I didn’t get my Mountain Dew. He said he can’t do anything about it and I told him all I wanted was my 2 liter that I paid for it my money back. He said he can’t do that and he would transfer me to someone else. Then I was hung up on. Terrible service. I paid almost $25 (with a tip) for a medium veggie (half) pizza and 2 litter which I never received. Please do better. Things are too expensive these days to be stealing from your customers and treating them poorly.
