For a strip mall chain location it was pretty good. Well made pizza and they got the order right wasn't over cooked, wasn't under cooked. Good amount of mushrooms and peppers, and lots of pepperoni. Handed me my order when they got my name. It sounds like I am raving about what is basic stuff but after seeing other chains stores (some not all) and some Pappa John's locations mess up the basics, It's kinda unexpected.

We came in and ordered at the counter. Ryan was super helpful and polite, and very patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted. He talked us into some little Oreo bite things that ended up being awesome. Food was hot and fresh. Will be back!

Idk where to even start with this place..I placed my order was suppose to be 45 min and I waited 1 hr 08 min and it never arrived guess the door dash guy delivered to another person so i called the store and the supervisor re made it for me I ask to throw something extra in for my obsurd time I had to wait he said "I got you" it was delivered on time but when I paid for it the pizza was COLD and not even CUT andddd he never included anything extra like he said he was gonna do ... like bruh you had 1 job and a supervisor at that..all I got out of It all was a credit and Incompetence I couldn't even talk to the manager cause they kept playing the "putting me on hold game" ABSURD ! Plz save you're self some time and don't order from this place !

Have ordered here many times. Sometimes they're great. Other times the pizza has more crust than toppings. Tonight I ordered a XL 5 topping with Xtra cheese. They did the trick of not giving extra cheese but put all the toppings under the small amount of cheese they did use. I don't like being cheated.

The store Manager "Angela" who claims to have been a manager for 10 years doesn't care if the quality of the food is poor. She said she can't remake the messed up pizza and is unwilling to help any further. She also is very disrespectful and talks down to long term customers once an issue arises that she is unwilling to fix.
