I was so lucky to find this place! And I met the general manager of the store! Loved every bite of the Pokebowl I ordered. I got the Luxe Lobster and it was delicious. Left no crumb behind. Found about the place through Chime! Guys, you gotta go places. You will never know what you will find! I also made a recommendation to make the boba in the Jasmine Milk Tea more sleek and soft to the palate.

2nd time coming here and was hesitant about ordering because my first order was not so great. Got a $20 bowl with 3 proteins and still had room for some more sides. This is the 2nd time this has happened as well. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place again as I’ve seen other reviews stating the same issue with this place….i never Do Google reviews 😓

I ordered 2 poke bowls online. Both were very low quality, small portions with mostly rice, ingredients missing and the ones that were there were in a very small quantity. 5 edamame beans and 2 leaves of cilantro ! If you're low on ingredients do not accept an order. The least they could do is offer a refund. Would not be going there again.

This place is usually fine. Last year there is a gift card discount so I bought a lot. However nobody in this shop knows how to charge a gift card from their cashier and it always makes ppl wait for so long.I started to order online to avoid the embarrassment blocking the line. Then I frequently found they miss my ingredient without telling me. I ordered 3 proteins but one (shrimp is missing). I ordered chicken miso ramen soup but they gave me miso soup. This has been happening too many times and I’m mad.I reported on the website and you have to give me a refund on the missing ingredients! Don’t order online!
