This is probably the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever been to, located in the heart of Time Square. Take the elevator to the upstairs dining area if you are dining in. Perhaps due to the high traffic of customers, the chicken was super freshly fried, piping hot and super crispy!

This is the worst popeyes I have came to, I come here since I work in the area, every time I order online my order is never ready, have to wait around 10+ minutes every time. then I come to the store and employees ignore till you say anything. manager is rude too. also this store is super dirty, always have flies in the kitchen area and the dining area

This Popeyes is nicely located right in Times Square! They're open super late every night, but I will say that there was no seating when I showed up at ~2am.I tried the Pickle Glazed Boneless Wings and they were honestly awesome! The chicken itself had a nice, crispy coating and juicy white meat, consistent with Popeyes' quality. But the pickle glaze was the real star of the show. The acidity and distinct dill flavor of the glaze complemented the chicken beautifully. I would totally recommend giving it a try!

As a visitor from India and new to the area, my experience at Popeyes Times Square was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable, guiding me through the menu and offering suggestions. They recommended the chicken sandwich and tenders, both of which were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and juicy inside.The restaurant feels fresh and clean, with a modern look. One cool feature was their new technique of sending orders directly upstairs, which was really unique and effective and though it was busy, the service was quick enough. It’s definitely a great spot for anyone craving some tasty, fried comfort food, with a warm, welcoming staff to match.

Upon first glance this location appears to be nice, but I saw this person named SAI digging in his nose and scratching his skin then touching food and other items behind the counter. We also witnessed him arguing with a delivery food driver who just trying to pick up the order and. It get a parking ticket out front. This man and another short Hispanic woman were fighting back and forth and this woman was so kind and trying to communicate with them. Horrible!! AVOID THIS LOCATION OR YOU WILL GET SICK FROM PEOPLE LIKE HIM.
