Absolutely excellent customer service. Thank God they got a wonderful manager named Mia she is amazing. The lady making the chicken today is absolutely the best and I want you know that Chelle was working so hard to keep that drive thru moving swiftly. We didn't take no time to get fresh ,hot , delicious chicken. They must have read the prior reviews and changed employees because baby they are totally different than before. You better get yourself a box of chicken today from here !

Much improved customer service!!! Thank you for hiring people who like their jobs because it makes the experience so much better. I went to this location to get food and it was quick, fast and friendly. If you are in the area this is a very good location to visit. I really like the way they talk to the customers very patiently and kind. The drive thru was moving quickly and everyone was working hard to keep the line moving. I like this location . The lady Chelle that makes the chicken is such a nice lady and so is her manager. Great teamwork!!

I honestly dont like the night dark ally of the drive thru. They added more lights. But most recently it hasn't been all bad. Its really quick to order and go. But if there is a line, then you just going to have to wait because the chicken is get fried. Love it when its fresh and hot.

We sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes or more along with other cars. No one didn't notify any car of what was going on. I sent my Grandson in to get his online order. It was not good at all. The chicken was old and the fries was too. We all assumed that they were frying fresh chicken. But truly I was wrong. Will never go there again 😒

I don’t know what needs to happen at this location, but a change definitely needs to happen. It’s like no one cares that they work there. There is never a sense of urgency to get orders out. There is so much wrong with this location it’s really not humorous at all.They are not friendly, they do not greet you, they treat you like a burden and hindrance to whatever they would RATHER be doing in the moment. These are the type of people that would do something to your food if you aired a grievance. And if they aren’t well that’s definitely the IMPRESSION they give!I’ve tried to put in an order online and STILL had to wait 10+ minutes for just 6 wings.I’ve gotten my order wrong TWICE in a row. It’s like they just give you whatever THEY want you to have. I started to come up there the second time they got it wrong, but honestly, what is the point? They show everyday that they don’t care. Everyone is slow and miserable. The chicken itself is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh sometimes it’s not. I drive the city bus and I don’t have time to come back up there after they get my order wrong. I know this location is in the hood, but that doesn’t mean that EVERY worker there has to fit the stereotype of what someone would look like and act like at a location in that area. If it gotta be like that then just shut it down!
