What in the ghetto world is happening here?! 4 security guards! I was scared to walk in. YET THE CLEANEST poppeyes ever! And the food well it's popeyes! High cholesterol high sodium high sugars all the Unhealthy yummy things that we all love. Best chicken ever and those chocolate biscuits ARE AMAZING specially fresh our of the oven !

I love Popeyes chicken but this particular Popeyes on 16th St., Ave., Lenox Avenue It seems like they cut all the chicken in half the breast in the thigh be small. The wings are small and the legs are small too especially Chicken look like a kids meal

I have lived in Manhattan (Harlem) for nearly 15 years. This location is BY FAR THE BEST! The freshness and quality of the chicken NEVER disappoints! I've been to 125th/Lex, 125th/Frederick Douglas, 8th /23rd. The bone-in chicken is never really good. Either old, overcooked or undercooked. The 116th/Lenox location is always juicy and fried to perfection. And Odette, the manager is an absolute Angel! He service is impecable and she runs a tight ship. She needs to be made a district manager to ensure the quality of other locations. Such a sweetheart!

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for a while now, especially in the evenings, and every time I walk in, I feel taken care of.A big reason for that is the incredible staff, especially Odette and Tanvi. They are consistently kind, professional, and know how to run the store smoothly, even during busy hours. Whether it’s the food, the service, or the overall vibe, they make sure everything is handled with care and respect.Odette and Tanvi truly set the standard for what great customer service and store management should look like. I want to emphasize just how amazing of a job they do, every single time. Popeyes 116st is extremely lucky to have them!

Restaurant was dirty, floor was absolutely disgusting. Staff was extremely rude to several customers. They wouldn't let an elderly black man use the restroom but allowed others to use it. They were Nickle and Diming everything, 50 cents for one sauce and no refills at all on drinks. It's obvious this is a independent franchise, but the experience they are providing is a really bad reflection on the Popeyes brand as a whole. I wont be back.
