★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I stopped by Pret and ordered a cappuccino paired with a chocolate croissant. The cappuccino was smooth with a decent froth, and the croissant had a flaky texture with a fair amount of chocolate inside. It brought back memories of London’s coffee shops, which I always enjoy. As a coffee enthusiast who’s been a Pret regular for years, I found it to be a reliable pick. The seating was comfortable for a quick break. It’s a decent option for a familiar coffee fix.
April 30 · George ChalhoubIt was nice and quiet on a rainy Sunday lunchtime in early May. Good selection, great service, clean and seats available. It is a couple of blocks from Grand Central too. It was expensive, with a salad box with chicken, 2 eggs, mango pot, water, dark choc and some dried mango, the meal was about $40. Food prices in USA have climbed since start of 2025. I was in NY in early January and it was not less expensive. Even though this central Manhattan it still smarted.
May 05 · Ian BeeThe service as well as the selection of food was pretty great for a Sunday morning. We grab some food for a train ride back home. The staff was super friendly (they re-wrapped our sandwich for us so we could eat it later,) and my coffee was also a four star coffee. Inside it was not crowded and we did have to get the key code for the bathroom which is locked. The quality of the food was four stars. Exceptional, we wish the kicking chicken wrap had more of a kick to it!The chips were great. Probably 4 1/4 star overall.
December 31 · Shawn TooleI like this place, they have a few localizations in the city. This one is a 3-minute walk from the grand central. It's clean, nice service. For coffee. It's better to go there in the morning, there are crowds around the lunch time. coffee is good, delicate taste and aroma. Cups they are big! - I recommend it. For lunch I had falafel wrap and tomato soup with feta.wrap.is sta dard - as usual, but the soup was a great purchase!!!! I highly recommend it. Pastry looked nice, but I didn't try them. The products are of course organic, really. It's worth stopping by for a quick coffee and a snack
January 02 · tomasz jWe stopped at Pret A Manger late in the afternoon on a Saturday afternoon just for a quick coffee and realized they were almost closing. They were sweeping up and did a last call while we were there. It is evident the youngsters who work there are doing a good job, especially Jay, who stood out above and beyond your routine barista. He exuded such positivity and professionalism that I need to do a shout to his boss - please give this young man a compliment! He is a gem in your store! (And no, I have not met him before he made me a great latte!)As you can see from the photos, the food must be pretty darn good because they are nearly sold out by the end of the day.
