★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a great evening with friends at Prime 131.Decor: awesome vibe, cool view of live fire cooking. Bar area looks nice too.Service: our server Gustavo was very attentive and did a great job.Food: very tasty. Kind of skeptical seeing sushi one the menu combined with steaks etc, but it was very good. Rice with onigiri was done well. Ordered the beef short rib, which was super tender. Basque cheesecake was smoked while being presented at our table, very good.Cocktails: drinks we great, clear ice used, which is always a plus.Definitely enjoyed it. Will try to check out happy hour after work one of these days.
July 13 · Tommy NguyenOur first time at this restaurant and had a mom/daughter date, celebrating my pregnancy. We picked it random from Google just to try something new. The ambience was great! Modern, but fine dining/classy. The open kitchen concept is our favorite set up, makes the experience visually more interactive. They even offer full service, intimate Korean BBQ tables, which are tucked away on the side, you’d never know. The food was worth every penny on presentation, quality & portion. The ingredients used in every dish tasted very well sourced and cared for. My mouth is salivating thinking about our dinner lolThe service was top notch! Our server was Heysee and she was very personable and the perfect amount of service we were looking for! She suggested some mocktails that hit the spot for this future mama. 🥰 Sous Chef Matthew also took great care of us while we were sitting at the bar-top by the sushi station.HIGHLY recommend the chorizo & avocado salad, ricotta stuffed Mac n cheese, basque cheesecake! The whole experience was one of our favorite dining experiences to-date and we will absolutely be returning when I can have a nice rare steak & a glass of wine! 😜
June 29 · Lexi CWe went as a group of six and had an exceptional time! Very professional wait staff took great care in tending to us all evening. The quality of the meat is excellent!Very unique appetizers! The one we selected had five crab cakes so we asked the waiter to add a 6th so everyone can have one and he made it happen!
July 12 · Charles ContiThe food here is outstanding! We started with pork loins and burrata—an excellent combo—and a flavorful Dragon Roll that stood out from typical AYCE sushi. My date loved her French Martini, and my Old Fashioned was also well-made. For our anniversary, the staff treated us to complimentary champagne—a thoughtful touch. Our meal included a NY Strip, whole lobster, asparagus, and truffle mac & cheese, all beautifully presented and delicious. I can’t recall the exact dessert, but it was something like a fudge brownie topped with brown sugar ice cream, and it was such a perfect ending to our wonder meal. Gustavo, our server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The elegant atmosphere added to the experience. Highly recommend, 10/10—ask for Gustavo!
July 13 · Nick ZapataWent yesterday for a get together with some old friends. Industrial look with the grills in the middle. Server was friendly and polite. He made some recommendations including an off the menu item(pork belly) that was delicious. We ordered the prime tomahawk with a side of mushroom. The cook was spot on medium rare with a good crust. Mushroom were delicious. Roasted oysters is something I will be back for. Cheesecake dessert was nice, not too overly sweet.
