I want to start with the good because I really love Qdoba. The food at this location is exactly what I expect, phenomenal. I got a quesadilla and it was fantastic. The meat was juicy and tender, the veggies were crisp and delicious, and the cheese ratio was perfect.The service at this location was horrible. When my husband and I walked up together they took his order, and the lady told me "You must wait, I have online orders" and proceeded to grab tickets for 4 online orders to work before my meal. I went to stand next to my husband by the register to wait until someone in the back snapped at her to do mine while my husband was waiting at this register.When she started mine she gave me HALF the meat my husband was given and had the audacity to ask if I wanted double meat. I stated I would like the normal amount of meat and they did fix it.At the register the person working the register was completely ignoring us at first. It was very strange and uncomfortable, until they handed him our finished quesadillas. Then he started ringing us up, again without speaking to or looking at us.My husband realized they didn't add the guacamole he asked for (which is free at Qdoba, they make a big deal of it) and they kept saying do you want to purchase it as a side item? My husband kept asking if they changed it, that guacamole costs money now. The register guy and the lady making meals wouldn't say yes or no, just kept asking if we wanted to purchase it as a side. After he KEPT trying to find out if they have changed their policy on guacamole and they kept not answering, she finally just put some on our plates and they didn't charge us for it. Overall it just felt like they were trying to get one over on us the entire time. It felt like they hated having customers in the store, and that's fine.We won't be coming back to this location.

Spent a full hour trying to submit online order from 2 phones and 2 different accounts, also tried 4 different cards for payment. I’m handicapped at home and have someone picking up dinner for a gathering I’ll be hosting while laid up and I’m so frustrated. I called this location and was assured that everything is fine on their end and no accommodations were offered to please take my order another way. I know it’s a silly order, but this was extremely frustrating.

I went in hoping to use the restroom before ordering, I opened the door, took one look and it was a nope.I ordered a small bowl and a drink and it was almost $10. Food was about a 6/10, the chicken was kind of like chewing on rubber.It was 89 degrees today and their A/C wasn't working. When paying by Credit card you have to enter a tip amount to go to the next screen to make payment. It isn't a question of would you like to tip - it asks for an amount. If I am ordering my food at the counter and picking it up, I am not going to tip. I will tip a minimum of 20% when dining out - tips are the majority of their income. Self serve food establishments need to pay their workers more - don't ask me to help you out by paying their salary.

Ones of the best Qdoba's I've been to. Super clean. Quick staff. And food was amazing and probably the best tasting Qdoba I've had. Chips were perfect and everything was excellent!! I'm not sure if this one is franchised or not, but whoever is running this one gets a gold star. Sucks I live 4+ hours away :(
