★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very disappointed in the level of quality Canes is nowadays. The fry portion is incredibly small compared to before. The chicken tenders are noticeably smaller, and the bread is flat and not what it was before. This is an overall bad review for Canes as a company overall. The quality went down but the price went up. $12 for this!! Crazy!
June 05 · Desiree OrtegaOmg The Manger there is awesome no can’t recall her name but she was pretty swift on fixing my mistaken order from the day prior . I will always remember this canes because I had to switch lanes to get here 🤣! Keep up the positive attitude manager . Definitely one of my stops before going to work from today forward .
May 03 · Danesha StanfordHi,I wanted to share what happened last night. I worked at Cane’s for three years as a teenager, and now I’m a General Manager at a sushi restaurant on Washington, so I understand how it works. It was around 12:50 a.m. and I didn’t feel like cooking at home after working a double, so I stopped by and ordered five fingers naked at the speaker. When I got to the window, they said they weren’t naked. I asked again, but they said no and closed the window like I hadn’t said anything.I waited 20 minutes in line. I know you have to make them fresh — it only takes about 5 and a half minutes — but nobody told me how long it would be. I went back through the line to get my money back. The guy at the window said sorry, but the manager with the braid and glasses didn’t say anything at all, and the other manager with the nose ring didn’t say anything about the wait either. This is exactly the kind of situation that could have been avoided with a quick heads-up or an apology. It’s just basic customer service. Fast food isn’t easy — I get that — but you still have to communicate with people. I left the dirge thru at 1:32 am. 42 minutes laterJust wanted to pass this on so maybe it helps with training. Thanks so much!
July 04 · Tory ParkerUsually pretty good but my to go order placed on 3/18 @11am was not executed well with this old lettuce. Really wish they would pay attention to how they're putting orders together.
March 18 · Manuel FuentezI love raisin canes but this one was better than the other ones I've been to. The chicken, toast and Fries were more crispy and delicious. The workers were happy to be there and happy to help.
