★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First time here and idk how to write the review.Food; it was good however my chicken was soggy, the entire strip was naked and not breaded. I can honestly say it is not heavily oiled which was good.Fries were fresh, hot and salty. The lemonade and ice tea was nasty. It wasn’t sweet enough. It gives a zesty flavor. As I was sitting they were yelling out “welcome to canes”. I didn’t receive that greeting when I walked in. I felt I missed out on a moment as a first time customer. The toast was good no complaints there.
August 08 · T SAfter seeing all the hype on TikTok we just had to visit when we were in NYC. We didn’t want to go to the tourist branch so ventured up to Harlem, and boy were we glad we did. Not only was this the best chicken I’ve ever tasted, the Texan Toast is simply awesome. But what topped the food, was the atmosphere, the staff were just amazing, what a great team you have there.
March 22 · Kent Beds & SofasMy daughter raves about Raising Cane’s and has visited this restaurant chain many times. One day I decided to see what the hype was about. I visited this restaurant on a weekday in late April 2024. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the staff. There was no line as I arrived prior to the lunchtime rush. The cashier who took my order was training another representative so it took a few extra minutes to order and pay for my meal. However, my order was ready rather quickly, I would say in under 5 minutes. I ordered the 3-finger combo. I’m not usually a fan of crinkle cut fries but they were actually pretty good it had just the right amount of salt. The toast is just the Texas Toast you buy at the grocery store, nothing special about it. The tenders were absolutely bland. No flavor whatsoever and it was almost as if they were wet/soggy. I finished my fries and toast but didn’t finish the tenders. Even with ketchup the chicken tenders still weren’t good. There were several staff members who walked around to ensure the tables were clean and asking customers whether they needed a refill. This restaurant is accessible via public transportation. They accept cash or card. It also seems as though they sell memorabilia to purchase as well. I wasn’t a fan of the food and will not be returning for myself.
June 01 · Brittany HollandRaising Cane’s, even though extremely popular, didn’t quite appeal to me. It was simply chicken with bread and sauce. Although the sauce was good, that was all it was. The service was pretty slow and the employees weren’t the nicest. Because of the amount of people, we found a table at the last minute. The table itself wasn’t clean, with drink stains and oil stains on it. Lastly, the music was extremely loud and obnoxious, making it difficult to converse with others. Overall, I recommend trying Raising Cane’s as a one-time dine. For me, having it once was all I needed.
July 10 · Mf GI was able to try this location a day early through a Yelp event and this review is based off of that free event. This was my first time trying raising canes and it was really good! First of all, the inside is so nice and the staff was amazing! When I was walking towards the registers everyone was cheering and saying hi, I felt like I was meeting my friends. The vibes inside were like a party and I wish I could have stuck around longer. I was able to try the four piece combo that came with four tenders, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, canes sauce, and a drink. The chicken, Texas toast, and coleslaw were sooo good. The fries were really soggy, flavorless, and definitely could have been cooked longer (as a big fry enthusiast I was very sad about this). The sweet tea wasn’t sweet enough for me but was still pretty good. Overall I had a great experience and hope to come back soon!
