This is not focused on one Rally's ever since I've been giving them a second chance every time my orders messed up the food is not fresh I went to get the three dollar hamburger deal today because of the three on the 3rd told them no cheese and only certain items on my sandwich I got everything on their cheese and all got two of the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and had no Philly cheese steak on it it was just a hamburger patty I will be taking it back later I don't feel like driving across town to the rallies I would stop that the hot dog I could not even eat with my hands I had to eat with a fork it was so sloppy I wish Riley was like it was in the 90s when they had Riley cues I used to go to Riley's everyday when I worked for lunch all week long nowhere near like it used to be I keep trying to give them a second chance but every time I get disappointed

The Rallys on Stringtown Rd has the worst customer service iv ever been to. Literally does not matter who's working. Before we moved out of state we used to literally laugh at any time we would go there we would get prepared on how bad the service is. We came back and went a few nights ago and literally pulled up to the drive through and no one said anything so my wife said hello and out of no where some replies "Yea?, what can I get you?". Then just kept being very negative. Like we were bothering them. Pulled up to the window no greeting just took the card swiped. Literally gave us our food slammed the door and began talking again. Tonight we decided to try it again and no one even answered lol. We pulled up to the window no one was there. We called no one answered. I get times are tough as I'm in customer service as well but do better. Very disappointed. Good luck I guess. If anyone is reading this just be prepared.

Went through the drive tonight and my fries were so old and cold. They were mushy like mashed potatoes. The sandwiches were so gross we didn’t even eat them and threw them away. Both were absolutely dried out and had been sitting for a while. Won’t be back!

I get better food and better customer service in the hood than I do at the rally’s on Stringtown road. I have literally came to this location several times daily for the past 5 days only asking for a chocolate milkshake and every single time I get told they are not serving milkshakes because they just cleaned their machine. I don’t/haven’t went there when they are about to close. The latest I have went and asked for chocolate milkshake was today at 8:20pm. The lady taking orders named Carol was rude and thankfully for her I wasn’t in an arguing mood. There is a reason this fast food restaurant is the only place on stringtown that NEVER has 1 car in the drive thru or parking lot. I’ll drive 35 minutes to Columbus before I go back to this location.

I just got home and opened up my food and everything looks disgusting. It’s cold. Seems like it’s been sitting for hours. Y’all really need to be shut down. If you don’t wanna make the food right, then you need to find a new job!
