We had a wonderful experience at República! Roger, our waiter, was absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly, and on point from start to finish. He made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. His warm attitude and professionalism truly elevated our visit. Highly recommend asking for Roger if you dine here!

Food portions were not as big as you would think. The salmon was small but tasty. My friends steak was tasty but overcooked twice.Service was great. Gratuity is already included. I ordered a Tito’s & Tonic which came up the $16 and change but he gave me back $3 in change. He chose to round up but it’s all good. Roger our waiter was awesome. Very attentive, very accommodating. Manager was nice as well and came over to see if we were happy and tell us about dessert specials.Atmosphere is beautiful. The rooftop is perfect for group pictures. It was 90+ degrees the day we went and the outside coolers and fans were so helpful. The pink trees are such a hit you will definitely want a pic or 2 by them.

Ginny was really sweet and attentive, music was really great, it started not too loud so I recommend if looking to chat a bit get there early. Food was surprisingly good, as a Dominican raised in DR food can leave me wishing for more authenticity. Incredibly happy with this find. Let’s just add my gringo husband was happy as well, sometimes can be hard for him to receive service im English believe it or not.

I had my law school celebration dinner here on Saturday with my family, and everything was truly perfect from start to finish! Working with the management team was an absolute pleasure, they were attentive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful, especially Jose & Stephanie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless.On the day of the dinner, the service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the music created the perfect atmosphere for celebrating such a special milestone. We also had two hours of drinks included as part of the package, which was a fantastic addition and made the evening even more enjoyable. As someone who is gluten-free, I deeply appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating they were with my dietary needs, it really made the evening stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful to the team for helping make my celebration dinner such a wonderful and memorable time for both my family and me. Highly recommend!
