This place is phenomenal on every level. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere is perfect for a dinner date night. The vibe is lively but not loud. We sat at the bar and the bartenders are very friendly, welcoming, and had great recommendations for first timers. If you love martinis, get Scottie’s Martini. It is a garlic bread infused vodka with a spicy brine and giant stuffed olives. I was skeptical at first, but I love a dirty martini. It is a contender for the best martini I’ve ever had. As for food, you honestly cannot go wrong here. Everything was delicious. Their portions are a little small, so they recommend getting 2-3 dishes per person. This may feel like a lot of food, but we felt like it was the perfect amount of food.I can see why this place is hard to reserve because it lives up to the hype. Definitely a place I would bring visitors and family for a great meal in the West Village. - Colton Ginn
