Very disappointing experience. Before we got inside I said we should leave because there was trash all over the floor in front of thr door. Every employee stepped over trash before starting their shift and I should have left right away. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and we went inside.Not a single person working in the restaurant smiled. They were rude from the very beginning. The waitress was slow, mumbled to the point you couldn't understand her and seemed more concerned with getting her phone before seating us in a 90% empty store.The waitress never said hello or smiled. Showed up for the food order and never came back. I had to grab a random waiter to ask to speak the manager.I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was flavorless and the eggs were cooked terribly.Also, ordered was a yogurt parfait and chocolate chip Pancakes. They were both considered fine, but nothing special.The atmosphere of the place is like a morgue. Oddly quiet and all the employees are walking around with a scowl.I gave it a 2 star only because the manager comped the whole meal even though I told him he didn't need to comp anything multiple times. I appreciate that he was so insistent on covering it due to the multiple issues.

Went to lunch here with my daughter and we had a wonderful visit. It was slow so the wait staff was able to chat with me while I waited for my daughter. Reasonably priced with delicious food. Who could ask for any more. Top Notch

Hubby got a bloody mary, and the bacon in it was so amazing, I changed my side order of sausage to bacon as she was entering it in. The bacon that came out was absolutely awful, too smokey, inedible. The table next to us sent theirs back, too. I ordered the crab cake Benedict, and it reeked of old fish and tasted too fishy, but I still ate it. Hubby complained of my fish breath later in the afternoon, so beware! Lol! Our waitress brought out parts of our order in about 6 trips. We were almost done when she brought my hashbrowns, which came with my order. The worst thing was the atrocious music playing while we were in there. We are in our 40's and 50's and were the youngest people there, other than the workers. Music was too trendy, too much auto-tune, and too loud. I have pretty broad taste in all music and love to rock out, but this was torturous, just having to sit in there that whole time. We won't go back ever again. The server was good, though! The cooks need some help, I suppose.

Seemed low staffed when I first had lunch with my daughter & father in law. Waited a while to be seated as well as it took time for us to order and actually be served. Regardless the food was great from the French toast, to the omelet and fresh fruit. Seemed like the supervisor or manager was our server. He interacted with my daughter and would pick up every crayon she would drop. He was nice and was staying busy.
