★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Best ramen restaurant in the city. The simplicity of the menu suggests that they are focused on curating well prepped and fresh/high quality ingredients for the customers.Tebasaki is fried to perfection with the slightly sweet and savory sauce. The soy sauce they make is simply amazing! It’s even better than a lot of omakase spots. It makes their temaki extremely special and unique. Chutoro being my favorite.Duck tsukemen is my personal favorite. Thick bouncy noodles, duck with not much of the “gaminess” and great texture, and most importantly, the dipping broth. I could drown in it.Beautiful mix of intimate space and handmade bowls and plates makes this place so passionate and personable.Service is warm and friendly. Love this spot!
August 13 · Jae CWhat a hidden gem in my neighborhood of Murray Hill. Everything we ordered is absolutely delicious and yet clean and healthy. The decor is really pleasing and unique and the bowls and glassware are so beautiful. We were pleasantly surprise they have lunch specials with a main ramen entree when we went on Friday, but I would go for dinner if I can’t make it for lunch. I will definitely be going back and recommend to my friends/family.
July 12 · Theresa WongThis ramen shop is excellent, offering several unique flavors that are hard to find elsewhere. They also serve a variety of small dishes that pair well with the ramen. The plating is refined, the interior decor is elegant, and the open kitchen is clean and well-organized—all of which make the food even more appealing and elevate the overall dining experience.
June 22 · D GuoThis is a fantastic Japanese spot. The red snapper temaki is excellent with crisp seaweed wrapped around fresh and a sweet topping that blends it together perfectly. Their tebasaki wings are some of the best I’ve had in NYC - huge, crunchy and coated in a sweet-spicy sauce that is awesome. The spicy miso ramen isn't overly hot, but it's packed with flavor and the noodles are perfectly chewy. Definitely a spot to come try!
March 20 · Ryan TammaroWhat a positive surprise! Just wanted to get some ramen while in the area. Beautiful interior, excellent (light) ramen, fresh ingredients, friendly service. Ordering and paying online is a bit annoying, but doesn’t detract from the food experience.
