---Choosing a fast-food restaurant in New York City often comes down to a balance of convenience, speed, and what you’re in the mood for. When considering Snacks-N-Wheels, its value proposition is clear: it’s a spot that prioritizes getting you fed and on your way in a location that’s hard to beat for accessibility. The provided information highlights that this is a straightforward fast-food place with basic offerings and limited service options.
The fact that they offer breakfast is a significant point of consideration. If you're near the Port Authority Bus Terminal or heading to work in Midtown, and all you need is a quick, uncomplicated breakfast, Snacks-N-Wheels serves that purpose. Its dine-in service, while likely designed for a quick bite rather than a leisurely meal, is also a useful feature, especially when the weather is bad and you need a place to sit for a moment.
However, it's essential to be realistic about expectations. The provided customer feedback suggests a significant gap between what a customer might hope for and the reality of the experience. The reviews specifically mention issues with cleanliness, rude service, and food quality, with one review stating the food had hair in it. This type of feedback indicates that while the location is a major plus, the dining experience itself may not be a pleasant one for all customers.
Therefore, choosing Snacks-N-Wheels should be based on a clear understanding of what it is: a fast-food stop defined by its location and the ability to serve a quick meal. If your primary needs are speed and a central location, and you are prepared to manage your expectations regarding the quality of the food and service, it might be a suitable option. The decision to choose this restaurant is a personal one that weighs the convenience of its location against the potential for a less-than-ideal experience, as described by past customers. In a city with countless dining choices, it's worth considering all aspects before making your final decision.

September 06 · Tiger GuerreroWow what is this place! When we step in this place, I noticed the dirty molds growing on the walls and how the floors were dirty and covered with dirt. Each table on the premise were dirty and not cleaned. The employees were on their phones unaware of their surrounding. We quickly left this place. 🗑️🗑️

September 06 · Jamal LI honestly have no good things to say about this establishment. I came to the New York Port Authority on December 19th, 2017 at 2:55 in the morning. After letting my mother know I was alright, I went to go get something to eat, because I needed breakfast. I saw this little store and was like, "oooh, they say they're open."The open sign was lit, and their hours we're, as the sign put it, 12 am to 12 am every day. One entrance was blocked off by signs, the other was locked. I don't understand how they have an A in anything, because right now I have to sit here for four hours without any sort of breakfast food, in a city I've never been to before.Honestly, if there was a grade lower than F-, I would give it to them.

December 19 · Drew HannanNot many options to choose. Rude employees. You can’t sit if you don’t buy something. Other greyhound food stores like in philly or Pittsburgh are better.
