Stopped in to get drinks. this location is vlose by. But I won't ho again, of the 30+ car stalls less then 10 had ordering screens. either they are mid upgrade or falling behind in maintenance!? Not a family friendly feeling

Took my grandsons for cheeseburgers and slushies. They got everything wrong. After several attempts to explain at window. Her attitude had me at a new limit. She gave No receipt. Had total disregard to why i was upset. Couldn't get it fully corrected. Unable to eat due to being made wrong. No working phone number to call manager.

Sonic normally has good quality food, understanding its fast food. I like the tots... I do enjoy the special I get in the text messages. Their app is still clunky to use, not very easy to find things or order them as you would like. The Blackstone/Gettysburg site is usually clean and the drive-in kiosks are usually working. This is a great choice for a quick bite and fun dessert choices!!

AWFULL service at the blackstone and rialto location!!! I went yesterday night 4/3/2025 at 9:30pmWhen placing my order at the drive-in, the employee taking my order was extremely rude. She kept interrupting after every item, asking, "What size?" in a monotone voice before I could even finish speaking.When she finally gave me my total-around $12 for a Nerds Slush, Twisted Flamingo, and fries we inserted our card to pay, but nothing happened. We waited 15 MINS without any update, only to hear other cars being told to go to the window after also waiting a long time ??? Confused, we drove to the window and repeated our order, only to be told that no one had ever taken it.It was frustrating and confusing because we had clearly spoken to someone , and I even recognized the voice of the same employee who initially took our order.Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, they simply said, "Oh, well, nobody took your order, so we can just take it right here." and seemed agitated or didn’t belive that we were waiting in the parking lot. we ended up leaving with no food cuz the 2 girls working were VERY rude even when we said nvm it’s ok n pulled off the girl said very sarcasticly “ok have a good one”. I also tried to call the store today to share my complaint with the manager and it wouldn’t connect me, instead when calling the number google provided for sonic, a automated voice says that “the call cannot be completed as dialed” so i’m sure they do this often if they disconnected the phone!! I just find the service crazy and unprofessional especially for the gas and time i wasted.
