A more exemplary execution of Neo-Gothic architecture you will not find in New York City. 111 Broadway is a magnificent building that continues to hail as a hot address for downtown businesses. Although it's past was filled with mostly financial companies, today the occupants range from lawyers to medical facilities. This building is also in the history books as the birthplace of the American Institute of Architects.

It was very messy and cluttered. Staff not helpful. Very abrupt when serving you. It wasn't busy when we were in there but when we asked a question it was greeted with rolling eyes and a huff. Girl on the till made you feel as if you were an inconvenience. Food was ok. Other subways we have been to have always greeted with a smile and been really friendly with great service. May have just been an off day for this one.
