★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really appreciate the BYOB concept, though I do wish they served alcohol. The prix fixe menu was fairly good overall, and while I had high hopes for authentic Filipino cuisine, I found myself slightly underwhelmed. That said, there were standout moments--the duck egg with caviar in a custard form was absolutely unique and delicious. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly served with garlic fried rice; it was flavorful and satisfying. Another standout dish was the stuffed chicken wing--perfectly juicy and bursting with flavor! While I enjoyed most of the dishes, I felt that some lacked the authenticity I was expecting from traditional Filipino flavors. :(**20% service charge is automatically included in your bill!**
June 15 · Jamie LThe food was good, but not amazing. The prices were quite high. The overall atmosphere was okay, and the service was excellent—the staff was attentive and explained things well. However, at times, the dishes came out too quickly one after another, which I assume was to keep up with the schedule for the next round of customers. When I visited, the restaurant wasn’t full, yet the tables were arranged too closely together, making it feel lacking in privacy. There was an additional 20% service charge, which was explained as covering expenses rather than being a tip. This made me feel awkward about not tipping the staff, so I ended up tipping extra. However, the tip recommendations were calculated based on the total after the 20% charge, making the meal quite expensive overall.I wasn’t disappointed, but I wasn’t particularly impressed either. Still, I’d be interested in coming back to try other menu items if I get the chance.
April 02 · Oomie KGreat menu with 12 courses that leaves you full. The rice and protein is quite a bit so you will not leave hungry.Added the extra steak and left extremely stuffed. Staff are very fun and professional. Vibes were clean, upper class, but not snooty.Bathroom is tiny given the venue but they really maximized the space. It definitely has upscale cuisines and caviar with foie gras making it an exciting blend of Filipino food mixed with fusion.*The 20% admin fee at the end was the key shocker. That is NOT inclusive of tip so tipping 20% on top of the post tax means the admin fee is really 24% with the suggested amount. That was quick shocking given the price tag of the venue already.I would suggest the venue just increase the base food cost to $195 and lower or remove the admin fee. It will detour customers away.
February 28 · Albert KAmong all the fine dining we tried, this is our favorite. Not just because it's Filipino food, but the service and food quality is excellent. When asked about our favorites, I was point blank. I can't think of any specific because every dish was exceptional. Perfect for special occasions. It's always sold out so make sure to book your reservation in advance. We can't wait to be back.P.S. I would suggest moving the 8 p.m. seating to an 8:30 p.m. reservation. Our reservation was for 6-8 p.m., and we finished past 8. I felt sorry for the ones waiting outside on time, especially this wintertime. We had to leave as soon as we finished paying in our own discretion without waiting for the closing remarks to help a little bit.
February 14 · Ciela ConconThe food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was flavorful and freshly prepared. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was friendly. The price was totally understandable for the quality we got no complaints there. I’ll definitely come back for more again soon! Highly recommended!
