We were super excited to check this place out with all the social media attention it's been getting, and it definitely did not disappoint. We ordered the lamb noodles and the meat was so tender, the noodles were delightfully chewy, and the sauce had a great heat to it. The only thing is that the noodles were a little too salty and greasy for my liking.

Xi'an Famous Foods is now one of my favorite food places in NYC! I ordered Pork Noodles (order item N9 from the menu) and the noodles and pork were delicious! I asked for Mild level of spiciness, but you can choose to go for Little Spicy or Very Spicy as well (or not spicy at all if you wish). The portion was very satisfying. Other than that the place was rather casual, very affordable and clean. Xi'an Famous Foods will stay on my map of awesome foods in NYC for good!

We went here because of the reviews. But it was horrible. Just look at the plate unappetizing . My wife ordered beef muscles noodles. She can’t find any muscles on her dish. I ordered pork with noddles reg. They gave me the fat noodles. Their fat noodles was way too wide it’s hard to eat. Very disappointing definitely not recommending the place.
