April 27 · Pierre ReviewsBleu Room Restaurant & Lounge in Harlem might just have the BEST Happy Hour I’ve seen since 2016, no exaggeration. The prices? Insane. The quality? Even better.I went in for the vibes and left planning my next visit. The honey chipotle wings and oxtail rasta pasta? Top-tier! The catfish tacos and fritters? Definitely worth a bite 🔥Hookah flowing, plenty of TVs to catch the game, and music that sets the mood just right. To continue the vibe they also have downstairs lounge with a DJ adds the perfect touch for a night out with friends ✨🎶Follow @butteronaroll_ on IG & TikTok for more recommendations 💛🧈
August 09 · Butter On A RollEverything was flavorful and delicious! I traveled from BK and my sister from Queens to try this spot and it didn’t disappoint. The service was amazing, staff went above and beyond. I had the jerk chicken tacos and jerk chicken meal and I can’t stop thinking about it. My sister ordered the ackee n saltfish tostones and snapper and she even ordered a meal to go. For dessert, we had the rum infused pineapple upside down cake. We will definitely be back!
August 21 · Keara MI was hesitant to leave this review because I’ve had great experiences here before—I've visited at least four times. But my most recent visit on May 13 at 6:25 PM was absolutely unacceptable.I came in specifically to catch the special deals on appetizers, drinks, and hookah, and made sure to order before 7 PM. My server, Paula, kindly explained she was the only one working the floor and asked for patience. I understood and placed my full order by 6:45 PM, including hookah at 6:55 PM (just before the $2 hookah deal ended). Important note: the $2 hookah is MINT ONLY, and that’s not advertised anywhere—so if you choose another flavor, expect to be charged more.I also ordered a drink from the bartender when she came to my table at 6:58 PM.The sweet chili wings I received were hot, fresh, and honestly delicious—9/10. The DJ was fantastic, and the music gave a great vibe. Sadly, that was the only positive part of my experience.I never received my two shrimp empanadas, and I never got my 1 drink.I reminded both the bartender and Paula multiple times, and even a kitchen staff member came over to ask me what I had ordered. Two different employees knew I was still waiting, and yet nothing came. Meanwhile, I watched multiple tables that arrived after me (especially groups) get all of their food and drinks without an issue. As a solo diner, this felt incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. After waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes, I told Paula to remove anything I didn’t receive from my bill. She said it might not be possible, and I insisted she call the manager. Gabby, the manager, came over. I had to firmly advocate for myself, explaining that people who ordered after me had been served, and I had only received wings and water.Gabby did agree to only charge me for the wings. But what really bothered me was the lack of courtesy or effort to make it right. No offer of a future discount, No offer of 1 free meal so I don't leave the restaurant hungry, not even a simple, “We’re sorry you had to wait so long.” As she was adjusting my bill, the bartender finally put my drink on the table—two hours later as I was preparing to leave. Why bring it after I’ve already asked for the check?I physically left the restaurant at 8:45 PM, having spent two hours there and receiving only 6 wings and water. I walked out hungry, embarrassed, and annoyed. The two women at the table next to me even commented that they noticed I hadn’t received anything else. It was clear to everyone.Frankly, this whole experience made the place feel money-hungry—more focused on big parties than individual customers. A gesture of goodwill—a free item, a compensated future meal, something—would’ve gone a long way.Bottom line: If you're coming on a busy night or dining solo, be prepared to be ignored. What should’ve been a fun, easy evening turned into a complete joke. And no—it doesn’t take two hours to fry two empanadas and make one drink.Save your money unless you’re part of a big group they feel is worth serving.
May 28 · socaprincess15The Sweet Chili chicken was raw both me and my friend received undercooked meat as well as a small portion of dry mac&cheeseI remember going when the restaurant first opened and was doing pretty good. But now a lot of my friends as well as me are complaining about the chicken.
