★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly highly recommend brunch at the commerce inn. Best pancakes in the city - perfect combo of fluffy and crispy on the edges. Farmers breakfast very hearty but delicious. Carrot dish was great with yummy glaze. Can’t wait to go back and try a Bloody Mary with my brunch.
April 27 · Kristina ITucked away on Commerce Street, The Commerce Inn feels like a quiet time-capsule in the heart of the West Village. Sturdy wood tables, soft candle-light, and servers who strike the perfect balance between friendly and unfussy—warm hospitality without the fuss.Food: Everything tastes thoughtfully made from scratch. The omelette was the star—silky, perfectly seasoned, and deceptively simple. Don’t skip the scones: flaky, still warm, and paired with butter and jam.Value: Prices lean high, but the quality and portions more than justify it. We lingered for nearly two hours and never felt rushed. Whether you’re after an intimate date-night spot or a slow, comforting Sunday brunch, The Commerce Inn delivers that uncomplicated, satisfied glow you hope for every time you dine out. Highly recommend.
May 13 · Cody RasmussenA really quant restaurant that has the bones to be something nostalgic, European and magical. But instead, on a Sunday morning, it had some of the worst brunch service I have experienced. Pure negligence. We had to flag down the server multiple times to order, ask for extra syrup (which we never got), to pay, etc.The pancakes were good, but too dry, lacking butter and salt. The burger-sandwich was good, but I would not run back for it.While the outdoor seats were in a really nice location, the servers were not attentive to the tables.Outdoors, max 4 people to a table.Waited 30 mins for a table on a Sunday at noon.
May 19 · Isabella GrandicGreat vibe, great location, but sadly some of the food just didn’t hit the mark for me. Chicken was very salty and artichoke appetizer was in a pool of oil and not flavorful. Beets and goat cheese were great, desserts were very good.
August 16 · Julie AllenI don’t usually write a review. This place is great for family meal /date night!Brunch was awesome, vibe is great as Im in Europe
