It is surprising that they are open only few days a week with very limited spots. Apparently, they only make enough dough for the reserved spots and not more.The pizza was really good but was it better than other places we have visited across the world? Not really.The dough was almost perfect - perfect in the middle with soft crust. Unfortunately, it was burnt quite a lot and the burnt taste overpowered the taste of the pizza. Not the case with my partner’s pizza. The middle could be even more liquidy bit that is my personal preference.We also tried buratta for a starter. It was okay but not exceptional, I had much better burattas in other places. Also, it would be nice if they served focaccia with it.They have very limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I tried the special cola and it was good. No Italian sodas.Only one bathroom in the restaurant. Clean.

We waited 30 minutes just to get seated even though we had a reservation and about 75 minutes to get served any food. By the time we finished our meal, all the dessert was sold out! Would’ve liked to try the cantaloupe sorbetto. We got the Margherita with spicy peppers and fiselli with pepperoni. Both were very good. Be prepared to wait a long time to eat and reservations are highly recommended. Saw a few groups get turned away.
