---### What is worth choosing
Choosing to dine at Urbanspace Pearl is a smart decision for anyone looking for a high-quality, convenient, and diverse meal in downtown Manhattan. What truly makes it a standout choice is the sheer variety and quality of the food. One satisfied customer raved about the Brooklyn Hot sandwich and tots from a vendor called Extra Sauce, noting that the chicken was "juicy and tender on the inside, with the perfect amount of crisp on the outside." The large portion sizes for sides like tots and waffle fries also represent great value.
The food hall format allows for a "choose your own adventure" dining experience. You can easily get a smash burger from one vendor and a bubble tea from another, all in one stop. This flexibility is a major draw for groups with different preferences or for a single person who simply can't decide on one type of cuisine. From Japanese-inspired curries and sandos to classic American burgers and fries, and even Vietnamese-style tacos and smoothies, there is a seemingly endless combination of meals to explore.
Despite the bustling environment during peak hours, the fast service ensures that you're not waiting long for your food, which is crucial for the Financial District lunch crowd. While the restroom access might require a trip downstairs, the overall convenience and the quality of the food more than make up for it. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What a cool spot for trendy food. I tried the Brooklyn Hot sandwich with tots, twi sauces, and a drink at Extra Sauce. I thought it was a great deal for $20 and the food was excellent. The chicken was juicy and tender on the inside, with the perfect amount of crisp on the outside. I think it could stand to be less sweet though; embrace the spice! The helping of tots was huge, and the sauces were great. I tried nacho cheese (because I'm a big kid at heart) and the black truffle aioli. Would definitely like to come back and try more sauces. Highly recommend!
July 30 · Megan McClinticThis place looked absolutely amazing; although, I didn't get to experience the Wall Street crowd. I bet it is a nightmare during lunchtime. The restrooms are down a breeze way in the basement area. I had to take the stairs to get there, considering the elevator wasn't for the public.
May 31 · Antonio Marshall VFX ArtistIt's an OK food hall. It has the feel of a mall food court, And I was looking for coffee and breakfast but the coffee and pastry shop had recently closed. There are better food halls in Manhattan, the nearby Tin at Pier 17 is much better. Again, not awful but there are better places. Also, the prices seemed high for lower Manhattan.
July 07 · David FischerThis review is for Senshi Ramen inside Urbanspace.Huge rip off. $21 for a bowl of bad ramen.I know it's FiDi + inflation but the price is outrageous for tasteless ramen.I ordered the Signature Black Garlic & spicy (+$1) but only the chashu was spicy, everything else lacked in flavor. $2 for an egg add on? It should be included.A friend asked for no scallions and of course they put scallions. They said they would help bring the food to our table but they screamed and shouted our order # until we walked up there to grab our food. The Karaage appetizer was 5 chicken nuggets for $11 with inconsistent batter. Also overpriced but was the better tasting part of the meal and that's not saying much.2 bowls of ramen, 1 app, 2 drinks, w/ tip cost $70.I would 1000% skip this spot in Urbanspace. Highly recommend eating something else.
October 05 · anna kFound this place by complete accident while looking for a different restaurant (that we never found) so what a life saver for this food court to be here! There's a ton of different options in here and honestly all of them sound good. There's plenty of seating, and it's clean and attractive. The bathroom situation was not desirable as you have to access it through a maze of basement hallways and then the women's room was locked while the men's room wasn't :'(
