I requested a plain baconator burger, from Benjamin. First his manager was extremely rude to him while he was trying to take my order. Very unprofessional of her. Also I’m allergic to several mayonnaises, so when I received my PLAIN baconator, I was met with a burger with no bacon and only ketchup, and mayo. Thankfully I didn’t bite into it without looking. I’ve tried calling several times and have not received word back from this location. Will never visit again, and would not recommend at all. I don’t blame Benjamin, as much as I blame the kitchen staff.

This place is quite a thing!!A big spill hazard by the fountain machine, self-ordering machines not handing out reciepts nor QR codes, making it weird to fetch your order, and employees not giving you your full order until you ask for it (I had to ask for my drinks and they had to double check if it was right).Coming to taste, it's really not worth the price, even being near Times Square.

This place is take-away only. Ordered online and arrived to pick it up once I got the alert, and still had to wait 10 minutes. The staff were friendly despite the place being very busy. The burger was quite good, as were the loaded bacon fries. The portion size could've been bigger on the burger though.

Avoid this place like a fire. The place is a mess, no customers. Ladies busy with each other instead of getting on with things. Chunks of chicken on the floor, although you cannot call it chicken. The only thing that's good is the fries. Restaurant on 23rd street, do not recommend

There is only 1 kiosk accepting card payments and another counter accepting only cash. Drinks are self-help. The fries and nuggets are served hot and fresh, except the portion for fries is a bit less than normal.
