Disappointed with Slow ServiceI recently used their services and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite the initial promises of efficiency, the service was significantly slower than expected. The delay caused a lot of inconvenience, and I felt that my needs were not prioritized. While the quality of the service was decent, the prolonged wait time overshadowed any positive aspects. I hope they can improve their speed and responsiveness in the future.

Compared to other Wendy’s in the Bronx, this one has the fastest service. They never get my order wrong and the food is always fresh no matter what time of the day. Only complaint is the station with tissues, lids and straws is always dirty. I still rather come to this Wendy’s location than any other.

Everytime I come here I either have missing item, overcharged, wrong order. Horrible customer service, charged me twice when it was supposed to be a refund since they had no eggs, I walked back in to let them know their mistake I saw a whole carton of eggs on the cashier’s hand..

My pregnant girlfriend asked to use their restroom and by law any establishment that seats 20 or more people after 1977 has to provide a restroom. And this guy with a pony tail told her no. Very unacceptable and disgusting

Fast food. Not much to say that's not known.. good service. Friendly staff.. modern restaurant with, I believe, 5 self order pay kiosks. Digital order readiness board in ceiling corner to the right of the counter. No restrooms available even for dine in which Is not legal in NYC.The WORST part is that they stopped offering the caramel frosty. I was told IF it EVER comes back it would be only for the Xmas new year holiday season.. BBBBOOOOOO!!! That caramel frosty was AMAZING!! BRING IT BACK PPPLLLEEEAAASEEE!!!
