When fast food's not that fast. The prep duration of this location is ridiculous. 20 minutes for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich on a moderately busy day is pure unprofessionalism, along with lack luster customer service made for a really aggravating experiment. Many workers yet very little progress being made. I wouldn't advise this location. Never returning.

This Wendy’s is a complete circus. The employees clearly hate their jobs—and understandably so. There’s no leadership or support, and I’m pretty sure they’re working understaffed, doing the best they can in this hellhole. I doubt even a good manager could save this place. There’s zero organization—no ordering screens, and Uber and DoorDash drivers are crammed up at the front, taking over the entire cashier area. You really can’t make this stuff up. Shut this place down already.
