My husband just went there and ordered 2 # 10s whatachicken burgers and they tasted terrible like an after sour nasty taste I could not even finish it. Yall need to check what yall doing there. This is terrible.

I arrived at this establishment in my small truck, I parked in front of the window to place my order and a young man told me that I couldn't place my order like that. According to him, the managers would have prohibited him from ordering like that. Every time I drive by there in my truck they have served me. I don't know why there is such a lack of ethics. Today I don't see what is inappropriate in serving the customer when their truck does not go through the drive thru. The purchase was for more than 60 dollars and there was only 1 customer at the window. I don't know what type or class of merchants they are. I'm sorry but I will not buy from here anymore. I go to other places where they serve customers better. Besides, every time you arrive in the morning and you can get a vanilla shake, they never have or are cleaning the machine. In addition to making me waste my work time, the owner should demand better from his workers because they will lose many customers. Good luck.Also, notice that after cooking the French fries, they put them back in the oven to heat them up. That's not right. When you eat one, it's a shoe you're eating.

Aside from the fact they took every bit of 25 minutes for a single meal with modifications when they werent even busy, they cant even follow simple instructions. I will be back tomorrow to return the limited edition cup they double charged me for and couldnt be bothered to give me the right one when i literally pointed to it and showed them which one i wanted. Its petty and stupid sure but i specifically asked for and paid for something and they failed to deliver. I can only imagine what the quality of service is like when they are actually busy or someone puts in a complicated order

I will never go to this Whataburger again. I purchased the fish dinner and purchased an extra piece of fish. Got home and realized only two pieces made it in the box. After calling I was told I needed to come back up there. Mind you it's almost 11pm. When I arrive the cashier whom I spoke with ignored me for about 10 minutes. After she took ppls orders who arrived after I did she then turned to me and said they said they gave you the extra piece of fish. I proceeded to tell her that I am not hard up for food like that. Why would I lie about one piece of fish at 11pm and waste my time to come back there. I then told her at this point I want fresh food because it is all cold and I then asked to speak with the manager. One of the managers Ricky came up and barely acknowledged me or the issue. He took the box and went to the back. As he was coming back up he boxed my food and put in a few cookies as if that was going to satisfy the issue or their lack of customer service skills on top of other things. When I got home all of the food was cold except for that one piece of fish they claimed was in the box earlier. They don't have to worry about me coming back there and I will be calling customer service in the morning.

every time i came to this location is always something new they make up new rules as they go, lobby is always dirty. Keep in mind i come this same location everyday literally and now i hate that this location is the closet to me because im literally never satisfied but tonight they decided to make a new rule about the surveys ive never heard of and im always using it at this location with no problem but RICKY wanted to make it an issue and a rule & literally would not take my order he had an excuse about the survey not having a code on it i pulled out another receipt with a code on it and still refused i will love to speak with corporate i will be calling because it’s crazy that he’s the manager and don’t know how to treat a customer it’s literally ALWAYS something here. Literally just left another locations an used the same exact receipt no problems at all, so i guess every Whataburger has they’re own rules
