There was an elder lady who took my food out to curbside this morning. She was making assumptions that I was with this stranger who had walked into the store and I was not affiliated with them in anyway whatsoever. She wouldn’t hand my me food so I could leave (I had somewhere to be) and instead kept pestering me about the woman in the store. The woman in the store dressed masculine and had tattoos. I am not sure if she was assuming we were together together or just simply showed up together. Either way, it could’ve been taken in many different ways. I worked in food service before and I would never make assumptions about people showing up with others. Please do better. I just wanted my food. The questioning about a random stranger while holding my drinks was not it!

We all know whataburger takes forever but to have egg shells in my sandwich is unacceptable. They won’t be happy until something unfortunate happens and they’re held accountable. If you see that the shell fell into the egg, start over with a new egg. There was a lot and big pieces of shell, a lot I couldn’t show in the pic because I spit it out and covered it.

The food was great, but my rating is based off the fact I’ve ordered off the mobile app to get my food and go. However, once I arrived, the person jumped on the speaker to say be with you one moment, but I went ahead and told them it’s a mobile order so I could get going. The line straight up didn’t move for like 13 minutes. My food was supposed to be ready at 9:39; I didn’t leave until like 9:56.

I love whataburger hashbrowns in the morning and have NEVER had hashbrowns almost burnt. The drivethru window young lady said oh thats how they're coming out so she sent another yoing lady tomask me whats wrong. I said these have been cooked twice or they burnt she offered to remake them and had me to pull up to wait which was no problem. The problem was the new hashbrowns came out the exact same burnt like I don't know how these are supposed to look or taste. Please fix this location's food quality as we should not have to accept overcooked crispy burnt greasy food. I've NEVER been served hashbrowns like this in life. Come on now!!I had to return it and get a refund i just couldn't eat it..it was horrible 🤮
