Had high expectations because of all the hype! I think the concept is really cool and there’s a lot more of the menu to try but I got the bacon, egg, and cheese scallion pancake and the shrimp and egg one as well. Both were good, I preferred the shrimp surprisingly. I think that they tasted great - the pancake was crispy, the filling to pancake ratio was good. The sauce is kinda necessary because I feel like it was a little dry. These were deceivingly filling. I liked the fantuan more and it felt a littlebit more classic too. I think the service system works great and there’s a ton of seating with a lot of natural sunlight. Just a very cute place to stop by for a meal. Excited to try other stuff on the menu. - Michelle
