★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The owner and staff are simply amazing! Told them it was my first Korean food experience and they made the perfect recommendations! The main course through desert were beyond expectations in terms of preparation, flavor, and presentation. In addition, I don’t think I’ve had this much fun at a restaurant before. Highly recommend!
August 16 · David GordleyYogi GastroNomad is an absolute gem! 🤩 My friends and I went here, and wow… their Japanese-Korean fusion is on another level! Every dish was packed with flavor, and we couldn’t stop raving about it. Highly recommend trying their handrolls especially the uni one (life-changing!!) Dont forget to try the Pasta Nomad Noir its the best squid ink pasta i’ve ever had 🤤🤤🤤On top of that, the service was phenomenal. We felt so welcomed and it was such an honor to have the owner Seolbin there during our visit. You can really feel the passion in everything they do!If you’re looking for a cozy spot to hang out with friends AND enjoy incredible food, this is the place. You’ll love it! 🥢
August 05 · John PaoloGreat place. They have happy hours every day in food and drinks, this include oysters for $1 each. Service was friendly and attentive and we came without reservation and got a table but it seems so get crowded. We came for a quick bite so we had the popcorn chicken that was good and flavorful, some oysters and a glass of wine that was also included in the happy hour. Thanks for everything.
January 11 · Andrea GarciaI can't wait to return. My mom and I LOVED EVERYTHING!The service was amazing, our waitress was so friendly! The food...I've never tasted sushi tacos. Loved them as well.
July 03 · Carly BarnesAfter my friends and I had fun in Koreatown, we hopped right over to Barn Joo Nomad. Arriving just before their happy hour ends, we were able to order some delicious cocktails. Not only are they refreshing, but the sweetness were perfectly balanced with the strong alcohol taste. The atmosphere were lively and relaxing. My friends and I were able to converse amongst ourselves without being overwhelmed by conversations from neighboring tables. As for the food, it was beyond delicious. We ordered several small appetizers to share, while having a main entrée for ourselves. The Truffle Fries were sweet and salty. You can enjoy them with or without the condiments. The Braised Pork Belly were so tender. It melts in your mouth and there is a good portion of meat with a strip of fat on top. The real kicker, was the Pasta Nomad Noir. The squid-ink pasta was a jaw dropper. Not just of its color, but the perfect blend of chili oil and seafood.I definitely look forward to coming back to try more of their menu. As I frequent Koreatown, it seems like I will be coming back sooner, rather than later!
