I arranged for a 6:30pm omakase bar service for the 3 of us. What an absolute treat! The clean & contemporary design of the space is welcoming and comfortable too.We settled in for 15 courses of exemplary bites with Chef Vincent guiding us through each carefully curated piece. We enjoyed sea bream, mackerel, golden eye red snapper, toro (tuna), hamachi (yellowtail), uni, scallop…Each delicately prepared bite was delicious. The service was very attentive without even a hint of being overbearing.Just an outstanding experience all around and a magnificent deal at $89/pp on our visit. The sake selection is not extensive but the options are excellent. I highly recommend a visit. - Thomas Falls
