Bob Evans Reviews
Food is mid. I understand they are cooks and not chefs. The food still needs to be seasoned for the love of god. No flavor at all. The soups are cold. Service depends on who you get. Some of them are great, while others just hate being there, and it shows.
Aug 04, 2025 · Dave CWe use this specific location for takeout but this time we decided to dine in. Good traditional Bob Evans atmosphere with good service and good food.
Feb 07, 2025 · John CroyleEditing my reviews, i went there a 3rd time after confirming that it was not the correct chicken. The man manager was so nice and apologetic and understanding as was the young man who tried to help the first time, bc like i said he was running the counter and togos i think. They offered me a drink while i waited but i declined bc they did give me my drink. I was embarrassed and felt guilty to go back at all especially a third time but my family wanted me to stand my ground so we went back. But if they minded they didn’t let me on to it. Which i appreciate because i have awful anxiety.I ordered fried chicken to go. They gave me baked chicken or something that was just fried and when i tried to get it corrected the lady manager(?) tried to tell me it was fried chicken. I have getting the same thing here since i was a child. I know what fried chicken looks like. Fried chicken is not unbreaded. I did not ordered it unbreaded. I just wasted almost $20. The only person at the counter who tried to help was the young man doing check out at the counter in all black but there was little he could do with his manager(?) there
Feb 09, 2025 · Cassandra SmithWe had a great experience here this morning. Food was very good, timely, and the staff here amazing. Andrew was exceptional in his service, and warm and friendly. Best experience at a restaurant in a long while. (We had been eating at the Bob Evans on Bethel Rd, and have had bad experiences. Bathrooms always dirty, food disappointing...) This was such a change. Well done Bob Evans Worthington!
May 04, 2025 · Jeffrey WilliamsService was wonderful! Food was okay and what I had was good! I feel as this location does not have as much space as the one on 23 just 8 minutes down the road.
