Extremely disappointed in this establishment! I ordered a Peking duck for my family because it is Christmas. I did not expect to be treated with such rudeness from the owners. I had ordered a whole duck which cost 60 dollars. So when I arrived back at home and saw how over cooked and tiny this duck was, immediately went back to the store. When I arrived they were very nasty to me. They told me that I should order from a different place since theirs is too small and that I shouldn’t complain!… so I’m true New York fashion, I put them in their place and demanded my refund! I do not tolerate disrespect! So don’t waste your time with this restaurant

Price is right. Food is fair. It’s a neighborhood staple. Don’t go the extra mile to order over the phone, same exact price as seamless. Delivered pretty fast. Portions are quite large. I ordered way too much. I think my fave was the bok Choi & mushrooms. I’m gonna try the lunch menu for sure.

Few places in Yorkville have lasted as long as Charley Mom. Primarily for takeouts (very limited seating and no table service), they serve the familiar favorites. The fried dishes do lose their crispness (in transit) so I would not order those. The sautéed dishes are ok. Service is fast.

Food was really good, and ready fast! I was surprised when the person taking my order mentioned it would be 10 minutes. Sure enough, when we got there 10 minutes later, they were ready for us. Got the kung pow chicken, orange chicken and szechuan wonton's. All had a bit of a spicy kick, which was great. Really enjoyed, and will certainly be back!
