I was obviously skeptical given the reviews and previous experience some time ago but this place is so close I figured I’d try again. I get the previous reviews but have to say I had a good (Chipotle) experience - fresh guac, full burrito bowl, respectful workers. Just figured with all the bad reviews I’d at least acknowledge that the owner / new employees do seem to be trying to turn a new leaf, and I have nothing bad to say about my visit this time around. Appreciate the turnaround effort.

Always smells like dog feces in here (this is over the course of 3-4 separate visits) and the staff look at you as if you ruined their day by coming in. I come in during off-peak hours and yet still half the items are out and they never refill anything. I’ve been to chipotle’s all across the U.S. and this is EASILY the worst one.

This place was very weird. First of all, one of the workers was doing all the bowls by herself because the other worker on the register was preoccupied talking to the customers. Second, said customers were standing by the register trying to get my points! They were loud and obnoxious. Aside from that, the place was filthy. I mean beans, rice, and wrappers everywhere—it was CRAZY!! Oh and the food was way too cold. All in all, this is a place you do pickup and no stay in. Management tighten up please and thank you.

This is by far the WORST Chipotle ever! How the staff members still have a job is mind blowing. Especially reading all the reviews.Went in today with my girlfriend, was waiting to order, and noticed the staff members talking to each other instead if asking us to order.One guy was on his phone blasting music, with his feet up on the counter, other employees are talking instead of giving the customers attention. This place is horrible, Chipotle...are you guys going to do something about this? It's been months and years. Truly embarrassing.

I come to this location most given its location, but they are one of the worst experiences. Always out of something many hours before closing. It’s often of something prepared (vs. raw) so it feels like the employees are simply unwilling to do the work. Today they were out of white rice and cheese. Employee sitting on his phone in full view of the restaurant. All the dispensers were out of napkins, and when asked the employee yanked a few paper towels out of his handwash station. I wish corporate would sort out this location as they get a lot of foot traffic.
