The guacamole is greenless! I've had open containers of guac 3 weeks old in my fridge not looking this gross! In addition to always forgetting parts of your order (why even offer a drive thru if they can NEVER get it right?) Now you have to worry about getting sick eating this. They literally didn't even fill two slots of my daughters make your own taco, forgot the drinks, the sides, the large chips was equivalent to getting a small bag of Doritos from the gas station, and the only usual bright spot being the guac looked like zombie guacamole. Maybe that's their new 'signature' flavor, undead guacamole. I also included the other guac in my other daughter's dish to show it wasn't just the one missing two sidesalso, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a prepaid order. Stay away from. thus chipotle if possible and if not, go inside instead of the drive thru if you choose to ignore the rest of the review

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Chipotle. The staff was in a rush, visibly impatient, and not friendly at all. They didn’t greet us, barely listened to our order, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. On top of that, the place was shockingly dirty—sticky floors,. It was hard to enjoy the food in such a messy environment. I’ve had good experiences at other Chipotle locations, but this one really needs serious attention from management. Poor service and poor hygiene are not acceptable. I do not recommend this location.

This location is on my way home. I've stopped coming very often because in the last year they are often out of certain food. I'm one who loves guacamole on a burrito. But it's very Hit or Miss later in the evening if they even have guacamole. They've lost a lot of business from me because of this. Other times out of different meats, lettuce etc. The other huge problem is the parking lot is full of giant potholes that you can't avoid. It's horrible trying to pull in and out of there. The staff is normally fine and working it is more than management or ownership that is lacking.Unbelievable gave this place another chance. The girl at the counter was very rude! Then I waited and asked if there was anybody working the counter and they completely ignored me do not come here very bad management. Waited patiently about 5 minutes not a single person tried to help me the rude girl walked away to the drive-thru area and the other worker started filling food instead of taking my order.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while , i have never had problems until today. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building , the entire staff was rude, the manager was completely unprofessional and a hot mess, not to mention they were out of cheese, guacamole and a million other things. asked for a refund after paying for food i did not get , was told “you’ll have to do it in the app there’s nothing we can do” after she proceeded to roll her eyes, i really liked this chipotle and it’s just disappointing.
